Refresh Technology was formed in September 2009 by father and son team Kevin Sumpter and Steven Sumpter to provide computer support to homes and business in and around Evesham. Kevin has a DipHe in Computing and previously spent ten years in the repairs department at Evesham Technology, While Steven has a BSc in Computer Science and has spent six years in various technical support roles.
Kevin specialises in hardware fault diagnoses and repair, and Windows on desktop computers. Steven is experienced in business IT, networks and servers as well as Linux.
Also part of the team are Linda who answers our phones and provides first-line technical support, Karen, who is a qualified teacher and CRB checked and provides much of the training part of our business, and Lloyd who is an experienced web designer who works with us as well as his own business at Olivera Web Studio.
