We provide various levels of business support, from Answers to Total Support, with guaranteed response within four working hours, and temporary equipment loan to keep you working if necessary.

RefreshTech Total Support

Our complete package. Total Support means that we will manage your computers for you, effectively becoming your IT department. We will look after your IT needs from setting up your new computer, installing software, keeping everything up to date, and removing viruses. We will check on your computers every month to make sure they are working properly. In addition, Total Support includes all RefreshTech Onsite and RefreshTech Answers services. (Or RefreshTech Laptop if applicable.) Our replacement equipment service can also be added to this if you require.

RefreshTech Onsite

Covers all labour necessary to resolve hardware faults, including diagnosis of the fault, fitting of replacement parts and installation of related software. We guarantee to have an engineer attending to your problem within four working hours. We can provide temporary equipment while parts are on order.

RefreshTech Answers

RefreshTech Answers provides technical support. It allows you to talk to one of our engineers to resolve any problems with your software, or maybe just to ask how to do something new. This covers problems such as applications that won’t start, difficulty with installing new software, e-mails that won’t send, and other similar problems. As part of this cover we will arrange remote access to your computers, which allows us to solve various problems more quickly without travel to your premises.

RefreshTech Laptop

Unfortunately we can’t provide a full parts or labour warranty for laptops, however we can provide all of the services from RefreshTech Answers, as well as provide a replacement service should your laptop’s hard disk fail. For other hardware problems with your laptop we can make arrangements for a third party to repair your laptop, for which we will invoice you.

RefreshTech Replace

Our replacement service gives you a warranty on your computer hardware. We will replace any parts of the computer that fail, up to the whole computer, without further charges. Hard disks, Power Supply Units and Fans are a common point of failure in computers but should they fail we can have you working again quickly. Please note that backup of software is your responsibility.
