Refresh Technology is a family-owned business started by Steven and Kevin Sumpter in Autumn 2009. Both Kevin and Steve are passionate about technology and making effective use of it in every day life.
Kevin Sumpter has a Diploma of Higher Education in Computing and Multimedia, and a BTEC National Diploma in Computing & Electronics. He has over 10 years experience of computer maintenance with Evesham Technology. Before changing to a career in computers he worked as a plumber / gas engineer, a carpet fitter and a telecommunications technician. He became fascinated by personal computers back when they were capable of beeping or displaying something, but not at the same time!
Steven Sumpter has a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science and a BTEC National Diploma in Computing & Electronics. He has 5 years experience as senior IT technician and 2 years experience in mobile communications. He inherited his father's love of computers at a very young age. Refresh Technology's fast-response policy gives him an excuse to combine his work with computers with his love of motorbikes!
Karen Sumpter BSc(Hons), MSc, PGCE trained as a teacher of science and now provides the training arm of Refresh Technology. She is fully CRB checked.
Linda Miller takes care of our first line technical support and is the first person you would normally talk to if you call us with a problem.
