Refresh Technology is based in Evesham, Worcestershire, and specialises in supporting small businesses either through a maintenance agreement with a fixed monthly fee or simply as and when required. Should your computer fail while covered by us we aim to have you working again within four business hours. If we can't fix your computer on site we can provide a temporary replacement.
In addition to our maintenance service we can also specify and install new computer systems and servers, upgrade your software, or move your whole company to a centralised terminal server based system using your existing computers to access it. Once we have installed your new systems and software we can provide training in how to make best use of it for your business.
Refresh Technology also provides support for computers at home. As with business, we can visit your home to repair your computer or provide one-to-one training.
